- When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form and, you'll see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the order summary in Your Account.

- CD's can only be replaced if we made an error in your order, or if your package is extremely damaged in the shipping

- If a order can't be completed because we have to order some products we will let you know as soon as possible with a expected shipping date.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Allzouk.com offers you three types of payment. Paypal, Bank/Money transfer and for our Dutch customers iDeal. More information about our pricing,and promotions will follow as soon as possible.
- Viewing Orders
- After you have placed an order with Allzouk.com you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you have made an account on Allzouk.com you can view your order and it's status in your account details. If you have any questions regarding your order you can always contact our customer support
- Updating Account Information
- If you have an account at Allzouk.com, but you're going to move or have other reason to change your contact details, you simply log in into the website and click to "my account". In "my account" you can change all the details you need to.
